“Driving an electric car without your own wallbox at home? That’s not possible!” – We often hear this sentence. But that’s exactly what we make possible: since 2019, our employees have been able to charge their electric company cars directly at our company’s own green energy charging station – free of charge, easy and suitable for everyday use.
Convenient charging – without any extra effort
Those who live in a rented apartment or cannot install a wallbox at home benefit in particular. Our colleagues simply plug in their car in the morning – and while concepts, layouts or campaigns are being created in the office, the battery charges all by itself. No detours, no additional organization.
Tax advantages that pay off in everyday life
Charging at our green energy filling station is completely tax-free for our team – a clear benefit that is felt every month. Employees can also benefit from a flat rate: Anyone who has the opportunity to charge their electric car in our parking lot can deduct 30 euros tax-free each month. Without charging infrastructure at the workplace, this amount even rises to 70 euros.
Electromobility is also much more attractive for the private use of company cars: for vehicles with a list price of up to €70,000, the non-cash benefit is just 0.25%. In comparison: for a classic combustion engine it would be 1%. A clear difference – and another reason why e-cars are worthwhile for our employees.
All-electric instead of half-hearted
We have deliberately chosen a clear course: At Kaeding Anderson, only fully electric vehicles are used as company cars. Our team currently uses models from Volvo, MG, Renault, Tesla and Citroën. No hybrids, no half solutions – just consistent sustainability.
