Step by step to your sustainability strategy
From the status quo with strategy to the goal.
So now it’s time to get started – but how and where do you start when developing a sustainability strategy? Let us clarify this in a detailed preliminary meeting or discuss together what exactly you would like to achieve: What goals and measures are you aiming for and in what timeframe? Where are you already successfully active? Are all employees and teams already motivated?
As marketing professionals and multi-certified sustainability fans, we support you with passion and know-how and make it easier for you to get started and design processes for more sustainability in your company.
Sustainability analysis: Where does your company stand?
We recommend that you start with an inventory, preferably as detailed as possible. A joint kick-off workshop, for example, is a good way to do this, the results of which can form the basis for your company’s long-term sustainability strategy. This is where we gather and structure experience and ideas, uncover potential, define priorities and tackle initial measures.
Contents of a kick-off workshop
1 | Inventory
- Where does your organization stand today?
- Which employees and/or departments are already making an active contribution?
- Where is the potential for more sustainability?
2 | Objectives and expectations
- What do you want to achieve, by when and how?
- What are the priorities?
3 | Roadmap and motivation
- What measures are conceivable/required?
- What do you want to start with?
- Who and what is important for implementation?
The workshop can take place at our premises in Lemgo, at your premises or at an external location, depending on the agreement and number of participants. Alternatively, we can also conduct the workshop online.
Whether small steps or big leaps in terms of sustainability strategy: the team is always on board!
According to a global study by management consultants Russell Reynolds, there is a huge gap between employees and employers when it comes to sustainability, especially here in Germany. Apparently, it is not so easy to convincingly communicate one’s own goals and measures within the company: Not even five percent of employees are of the opinion that their company will really become more successful through a commitment to sustainability.
It is therefore not enough to get management, division and team leaders on board and get them excited: Only through transparent, internal communication, early involvement and continuous participation can employees in all areas of the company make a constructive contribution to achieving the defined sustainability goals.

From our own process experience, we support you on the path of sustainability transformation with impulses, practical ideas, tips and tools so that sustainability becomes tangible and, above all, visible in the first, possibly smaller steps! Because not everything that is possible is automatically sensible, important, feasible and/or affordable. This also creates more acceptance and motivation in the team and makes it easier for everyone involved to “stick with it”.
