Support
You can rely on us – so that you can rely on us.
Strategy and creation are the more visible sides of Kaeding Anderson. But without clear processes and reliable quality in implementation, no website or catalogue would ever be finished. Because our web developers, graphic designers and media designers also work tirelessly on your projects behind the scenes. Even after publication, we maintain sufficient resources to ensure the secure operation and further development of the content.
Web support
Our web team works directly and continuously with our clients. Typical tasks in web support are the maintenance of content (so-called content editing), the development and design of new functions and, of course, the technical support of the websites.
For ongoing projects, we set up automatic performance reports on request. In this way, our customers can find out about services rendered and working hours worked virtually in real time.
For CMS-based websites (WordPress, TYPO3, Contao), we use our update reminder to ensure that security-relevant updates are installed promptly.
Typesetting
Whether it’s a business card, image brochure or job advertisement: only through professional typesetting work do text drafts, sketches and other templates become a printable design. Among other things, all specifications of the respective corporate design as well as the final product are taken into account. The scope of typesetting work can vary greatly – depending on whether, for example, the revision of an existing artwork, the exact reproduction of a print product or the development of an initial or new layout is desired.
Final artwork
Final artwork means the creation of a digital, reproducible document template for print products. This process is essential in order to make all components of an approved layout or corporate design – such as images, graphics, colours and fonts – usable in all desired formats and media without loss of quality.
For print media, the so-called pre-press stage is created, which is ideally aligned to the respective production parameters. Among other things, the type and treatment of the paper, the printing process and the desired finishing are taken into account. The FOGRA®-calibrated Xerox proofing system guarantees perfect colour results and standardised artwork for offset production.
Final artwork (RZ) is also meant when you encounter terms such as DTP (= abbreviation for desktop publishing), pre-press, prepress, final art / final artwork / artworking, final layout, final data or final artwork.
Typical document templates are created as InDesign documents, print PDFs, high-resolution image files (.TIF or .PSD) or vector files (e.g. Illustrator files such as .EPS or .AI).
Production
For the production of your high-quality printed matter, we have been working hand in hand with reliable partners for many years. This means that you can always rely on the highest quality and adherence to deadlines.
When things have to move particularly fast, our agency’s own Xerox digital printing line with finishing, stitching station and cutting machine comes into play. From business cards to DIN A3 posters to 32-page DIN A4 brochures, we can offer you fast and personalised printing services without any complications. Of course, this also applies to advance samples and test copies in final print quality.
Furthermore, the digital printing process is also an interesting alternative to offset printing in terms of price, ideally for print runs of up to about 500 pieces (depending on the format and print sheet layout).
