High-tech protective clothing: New look for traditional brand
How often do you get the chance to put real pioneering work in the spotlight? We have used ours: The founder of Heinrich Vorndamme OHG in Horn-Bad Meinberg launched the first “heat protection clothing” on the market in 1907, the traditional isotemp brand was launched there in the mid-1950s, and today over 100 employees at the same site provide the perfect high-tech protective clothing for firefighters on operations of all kinds.
So we were faced with a huge pool of knowledge, skills and experience, expertise, complexity and creativity, potential, technology and innovation, values, visions and responsibility – in other words, the impressive history of a highly exciting family business with a fascinating future.
Our task: to make the combination of tradition and modernity visible, to take all aspects into account and not to overload the brand with a new design, new website and much more. A challenge that we were more than happy to take on!
With creativity, know-how and sensitivity: a modern upgrade of a traditional brand.
Only when we understand how a product works, what a brand conveys and what goals are to be achieved do we really get started. This project required a particularly high level of sensitivity, and so the collaboration began with several workshops to clearly define the values, purpose and vision of the family-run company. Only then was it time to develop a brand concept with a fresh design, clear messages and a focus on the strengths – on what is special in the tried and tested for the future.

“Content is king” – that is our mantra for every web project. It has been shown time and again that internally prepared texts from customers do not do sufficient justice to their own products and services.
We were allowed to get involved right from the start, make suggestions and change the tone. Product database
A product database has been added to the WordPress system, which can be supplied with new content via CSV imports. The individual products have numerous features and links to each other in order to be able to offer accessories and similar products in equal measure. Technically, the system uses WordPress taxonomies.
