Let’s celebrate Petra: 20 years of commitment, creativity and solidarity

Today is a special day for us: we are celebrating our dearest Petra, who has been part of our team for a full 20 years! She has been with us for two decades and we couldn’t be more grateful …

It almost feels as if Marc Zuckerberg and Petra had agreed on something back then: While Zuckerberg founded Facebook in February 2004, Petra made her way to beautiful Lemgo to support the (then still) sagner-heinze team as a graduate designer. After the first trial day, it was already clear that Petra would become an integral part of our family – even if the first assignment resulted in a lost pitch: Shit happens! Even then, it became clear what would continue to impress us all in the following years and even today: Petra can turn “shit” into gold, what an exceptional talent!

Since then, it has become something of an old favorite piece of furniture in our offices on Lagesche Strasse. It’s hard to believe that people still smoked in the offices back then …! A look at the photos from back then shows that all this has somehow passed Petra by: she has remained as young & fresh as on the first day (even if she doesn’t like to hear that 😉).

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Petra for her serenity, her good advice, her snappy remarks and her creative ideas. In addition to the sustainable organic food package as nourishment for stressful projects, we have also given her a “guudschein“, which she can redeem in sustainable online stores as she pleases.
