Corona: We remain available for you!

On the one hand Home. On the other hand Office.

Wir alle müssen einen Beitrag zur Bewältigung der Corona-Krise leisten. Deshalb verfolgen wir auch im aktuellen Kampf gegen die Coronavirus-Erkrankung einen konsequenten Ansatz. Unser oberstes Ziel ist es, die Gesundheit unserer Mitarbeiter und Kollegen, Freunde und Familien sowie aller Geschäftspartner zu schützen.

Our team is prepared for the dynamic developments. We have temporarily abandoned our shared office culture and work out of a home office. Due to the already existing digital networking of the internal and external agency team, this is not a significant change for our way of working. All employees are connected with the Microsoft Teams software and thus very effectively interlocked.

Digital and personal

Appointments and meetings with customers and applicants that have already been arranged will take place whenever possible – just not in person in the near future, but digitally (see below for more information).

We can also still be reached by telephone on the central number 05261 7080-940. Please leave a callback accordingly or contact your contact person directly via email so that they can call them back if necessary.

The entire sagner-heinze team is doing its best to ensure regular operations and to continue to provide our proven service.

Online meetings: Our virtual meeting rooms

In order to be able to hold face-to-face meetings with our customers in the near future, we have various platforms for virtual meetings in place.
Here it is possible to communicate with several participants located in different places via video image. Also showing screen contents (like layouts, PDFs, websites etc.) is possible so that nothing stands in the way of an effective project meeting!

Zoom: sagner-heinze meeting room

The easiest way to make a virtual appointment with us is the platform “Zoom”. After we have invited you by email, you can participate directly in the browser (Firefox and Chrome, camera / microphone provided such as with a notebook). Installing a program and creating an account is possible, but not mandatory. Participation via smartphone or tablet is also feasible (via app).

If you already use Microsoft Office, you are welcome to schedule an online meeting with us there. Teams is our standard tool and therefore ready to use at any time (currently available for free due to the Corona crisis, but account must be created).
