What began as a “taster internship” in 2005 has proven to be a long-term collaboration – immediately following the internship, she trained as a media designer. As she impressed the agency bosses so much with her performance during the training period and passed the final exam with flying colors, Claudia Lublow has been strengthening the team with her energetic and hands-on approach ever since.
As the second IHK-certified trainer in the sagner-heinze team, she is now also a firm pillar in the agency in the area of training and is available to the trainees as a contact person with advice and support. As an IHK examiner, she also helps to ensure that highly qualified media designers can continue to be trained in Lippe in the future.
